If you ever been to Birch Bay then you know about The C Shop. Yummy concessions and fancy candy.
The Alesses have had this business in Birch Bay since 1971.

Pam Cook’s family owned the amusement park that sadly no longer is there. She wrote about it though. Along with her other adventures in a “carnival family. Here’s her book: A Ride of a Life Time
One big attraction that a lot of older people talk about was the skating rink. There was an outside skating rink but in the 1940, an indoor skating rink was built. People came from miles away to skate on the large wood floor.
Many people have wonderful memories of times spent at the roller rink.
